These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, mobile applications, and services, including but not limited to e-commerce, food delivery, parcel delivery, medicine and pharmacy delivery, home services.
By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.
User / Customer: Any individual or entity accessing or using the platform.
Vendor / Partner: Third-party sellers, restaurants, pharmacies, service professionals, or logistics partners.
Platform: WorldShoppy website, mobile applications, and related digital services.
Services: All offerings facilitated through the WorldShoppy platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services or have legal parental/guardian consent.
You confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
Any activity performed through your account shall be deemed authorized by you.
WorldShoppy shall not be liable for unauthorized account access caused by user negligence.
WorldShoppy acts as a technology-enabled facilitator connecting users with independent vendors and service providers, including:
Online retail and marketplace services
Food ordering and delivery
Parcel and logistics services
Medicine and pharmacy delivery
Home and professional services
WorldShoppy does not manufacture, prepare, store, or directly deliver most products or services unless explicitly stated.
Products are listed by third-party vendors.
While we strive for accuracy, WorldShoppy does not guarantee correctness of product descriptions, pricing, images, or availability.
Minor variations may occur due to packaging, manufacturing updates, or supplier changes.
Payments are processed through PayU Money and Cashfree Payment Gateways.
Applicable platform and gateway charges:
Platform Fee: 0.4%
Credit/Debit Card Charges: Up to 2.3%
These charges are standard across e-commerce platforms and are necessary for secure payment processing.
WorldShoppy shall not be responsible for:
Payment gateway failures
Bank-related issues
Transaction delays beyond our control
Returns are subject to product category and seller-specific return policies.
Original packaging, tags, and invoice are mandatory.
Used, damaged, or altered products may not be eligible for return.
Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
Refund timelines depend on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
Orders may be canceled as per service-specific cancellation policies.
Cancellation after dispatch or service initiation may not be eligible for refund.
Food is prepared and packed by partnered restaurants.
WorldShoppy does not guarantee taste, quality, portion size, or allergen control.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational constraints.
Customers must ensure availability at the delivery location.
Senders are solely responsible for safe and secure packaging.
WorldShoppy is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Illegal, hazardous, explosive, counterfeit, or restricted items are strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in legal action and permanent account suspension.
Prescription medicines require a valid doctor’s prescription.
Orders without valid prescriptions may be rejected or canceled.
Medicines are supplied through licensed pharmacies only.
WorldShoppy complies with applicable drug and healthcare regulations.
WorldShoppy is not responsible for misuse, overdose, or improper storage after delivery.
Services are provided by independent verified professionals.
WorldShoppy acts only as a facilitator and does not guarantee workmanship.
We assist in dispute resolution but are not liable for on-site damages or losses unless mandated by law.
Users agree not to:
Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Upload false, misleading, or abusive content
Attempt fraud, misuse promotions, or manipulate pricing
Harm WorldShoppy’s reputation or systems
Violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.
All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and text on the platform are the exclusive property of WorldShoppy Group / MKS Group and protected under intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WorldShoppy shall not be liable for:
Third-party vendor actions or omissions
Service delays or cancellations
Loss of data, profits, or business
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorldShoppy Group, its directors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:
Violation of these Terms
Misuse of the platform
Breach of applicable laws
WorldShoppy shall not be liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, pandemics, or system failures.
User data is handled as per our Privacy Policy, in compliance with applicable data protection laws. By using our services, you consent to such processing.
